Beautiful clothes and great customer service
I ordered a dress and pants suit a few days before Christmas. I really wasn't expecting it to turn up until the end of December, because post is always so terrible at this time of year, but I was beyond delighted when my package arrived the very next day and ahead of Christmas! That was so appreciated.
The dress and suit both exceeded my expectations. The quality and fit are perfect. I'm a size 16-18 and ordered 18 in both outfits. The dress pattern is even better in person than online, with tiny silver flecks that catch the light and the material is very flattering. The pants suit has a vibrant pattern and can be worn as separate pieces. It looks great on, I love it!
This shopping experience has been flawless and I can't wait to shop with them again. Thank you so much xx

I purchased the very colourful dress top and I absolutely love it. I am a size 18 and was advised to get the 20 and it fits beautifully. I can't wait to wear it. I ordered online without any issues. The dresses look nice but way too small…
The dresses look nice but way too small on the sizing. I even asked the arm size and was assured it was more that the cm I am but guess what way too small. I a bit miffed to be honest. I am stuck with two dresses that don't fit. I am sure even a dress size up would not make as much difference!

From our investigation, we have looked at the chat you had with our advisor and noticed that you specifically asked for the measurement of the round arm and you were informed of the exact measurement of the dress's arm. Our advisor asked what your round arm measurement was but you never conveyed your round arm measurement but said " it was OK" when our advisor informed you of the dress round arm measurement.
The advisor informed you correctly of its measurement. If you had provided us with your round arm measurement the advisor would have advised you on the right size to choose because our staffs are professionally trained on body measurements and giving right measurements to our customers when asked.
When it comes to customer services and giving correct information about our outfits, our brand is second to none compared to other brands, please read previous reviews.

I Bought three outfits at a very reasonable price and they all fitted perfectly. good quality material was used and delivery was on time .
When I needed help from the customer service team they were very helpful and knew their products very well to give the right advice with regards to sizing and fitting.
