Disappointing…

I’ve been using Fleeky for about two years now, but sadly I’ve watched the brand go downhill in almost every aspect.

My last order was especially disappointing: I paid nearly 10€ for shipping that was supposed to take up to 4 working days, but it ended up taking almost five times longer. When the package finally arrived, the box was about three times smaller than the one I had received just six months earlier — yet it cost the same. To make matters worse, the actual product content was noticeably reduced, feeling like half of what it used to be.

It’s frustrating to stay loyal to a brand only to see the quality, value, and service decline so much over time.

Avoid this company at all costs – worst experience ever

I ordered on 13 August. They happily took my money on 15 August but never delivered anything, not even a proper update. Their so-called “1–3 day delivery” is a complete lie. After chasing them, the excuse was that they were “waiting for missing parts.” Seriously? Why sell what you don’t even have?

Instead of professionalism, I got delays, silence, and zero respect for the customer. The company feels slimy, untrustworthy, and downright incompetent.

I cancelled and demanded a refund, but honestly, this entire experience shows how pathetic and unreliable they are. This is by far the worst online shop I’ve ever dealt with.

Do yourself a favor: spend your money anywhere else.

In the end they came through :)

I made a purchase by the end of november and the shipping company delivered It i dont know where. Fleeky and i where in contact during the whole process and till this day the shopping company still hasnt given us any news about my package. Some things are out of their hands. So after 2 Months they finally gave me a solution after asking multiple times for the refund policy which they never gave me. Nevertheless they were kind enough to even add a little gift for the inconvenience and i appreciate It so much. In the end they came through so just be a little patient. I just received their new re sended goodies and I’m excited to try the brow and lash kit!

Good experience

Good experience, first time bought on Douglas then on their website.
I was missing a part of my kit, client service was very sweet (thks Lena!)and reactive, responded in 1 day and was sent very fast.
Their lashlift kit is easy to use as a newbie and stay almost 6 weeks, do not hurt the lashes
