Worst company to work with

Worst company to work with. account rep does not answer phone. Have to email constantly. I had to email our Verizon wireless rep to find out why our connect rep won't respond. They billed me for 8 months of service, knowing units were broken. they allowed it to continue and didn't bring it up to me until I asked why our cameras didn't record a not at fault accident. turns out many cameras and gps aren't working and they knowing billed us anyways. Now they want to hold me hostage to their contract even though they are not honest people to work with. Run away !

I would rate it 0 if that was an option. They're super helpful if you want to ADD service. Try to cancel or not renew your contract, and it's crickets for WEEKS. I've tried calling, emailing, reaching out to support who just says only my account rep can help. I've reached out 13 times at this point and the issue is still not resolved. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Verizon Connect: A Frustrating Experience with Useless Customer Support

Verizon Connect recently updated our tracking devices to a newer model. However, after this update, we faced a significant issue: the devices were activated on their portal, but we lost the ability to turn off the vehicle alarms through the portal, a feature we used to have. Their customer support is extremely disappointing, showing a lack of concern for customer needs. It feels like responding to customers is an optional task for them. Getting a reply can take a week or more, if you even get one. Overall, dealing with Verizon Connect has been a frustrating experience. Our advice is clear: avoid Verizon Connect at all costs. Their service and support are not worth your time or money.

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY!!!!|

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY!!!!|
This company has swindled me out of thousands of dollars and now they're threatening to turn my account over to collections if I don't pay the outstanding balance.
I ordered their service and received my hardware for a GPS fleet tracking device which I received. I never actually installed it and decided I didn't need it so I called customer service to cancel and they wouldn't let me out of my 2 year agreement. Ok fine, I paid them for the 2 years never once having used the service. Once my contract ended they continued to charge my account for months. Call after call and tons of emails they wouldn't cancel my account and kept charging me.
I finally stopped payment through my bank and now they're threatening to me that they'll hit my credit and turn my account over to a collections agency. JEEEEZUS!!!! ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS I'VE EVER BEEN A PART OF.

Misrepresentation and poor customer service.

I signed up to verizon connect in the later part of 2020. It was a toss up between them and another major supplier of live cameras or trackers. The sales person swung it for Verizon as they offered driver walk around check app which was required for the fleet. This application never materialised, after multiple phone calls I was told that this would not be available to me. On the basis that I only agreed to the contract as the walk around app was part of the package this constituted misrepresentation. I was told to find in writing where they stated they would supply this but being such a long time ago I was unable to locate it. I am confident however that this was agreed on the phone with the sales person and discussed on multiple calls. I asked for the transcripts of these early calls to prove one way or another whether this was agreed. Verizon have refused to provide these, and on top of that they are no longer answering or responding to any messages. It has now been 5 months since I brought this dispute to them. If you value customer service steer well clear of this company.

Fighting to get my money back

I signed up with VERIZON CONNECT NOV 2020 for ELD service. They kept telling me I would receive my equipment in a few days. I never did. Finally, an honest person told me I had not received it because they were missing a cable and they did not know when the cable would be in stock and allowed me to cancel the contract due to no fault of my own. I ended up going through a different ELD service provided who overnighted everything I needed to get my trucking Co. started.
If you run a trucking company, you how important the ELD is.
Fast forward to May 2021 they took over $1500 out of my account for a service I was never able to use.
Now I have been fighting with them to get my money back for three months. First, they supposedly credited the funds to a Verizon Account that I DO NOT HAVE with them, now they’re saying they did a chargeback to my bank. My bank, however, said the funds were never received by them.
I reported them to the BBB and a VerizonConnect rep responded saying I would get my money back but I never did.
The Customer Success Managers always changes and never answer the phones. I’ve been told the Customer Success Managers are overwhelmed and have over 2000 client cases each. Sounds like a lot but I believe it judging by my experience.
I disputed this issue with my bank and could not get my money back because VERIZON CONNECT told them they were sending me a check. They have been telling me that for 3 months. This has been a very difficult and time consuming battle. Don’t make the mistake I made.
