Worst company to work with
Worst company to work with. account rep does not answer phone. Have to email constantly. I had to email our Verizon wireless rep to find out why our connect rep won't respond. They billed me for 8 months of service, knowing units were broken. they allowed it to continue and didn't bring it up to me until I asked why our cameras didn't record a not at fault accident. turns out many cameras and gps aren't working and they knowing billed us anyways. Now they want to hold me hostage to their contract even though they are not honest people to work with. Run away !
