I moved and discovered a box mixing…

I moved and discovered a box mixing text and rang to be told they would check warehouse after a week rang again and was fobbed off that nothing found but no advice as to what to do and they finished called abruptly after over a week emailed customer service asking to initiate a insurance claim as had paid insurance with the move through them.but no reply after another week emailed again and text.and they are ingnoring me.Im Am OAP and paid a lot for the move and insurance on top,I am on a state pension and the loss of property is a lot to me and feel they are treating me like this because Im elderly and think I'll just give up but am going to seek legal advice as find them very disrespectful and unproffesional.I used the prescot office and think because it was xmas week I moved they ignored me when rang.then after xmas I emailed rang and texted and they have completely ignored me.for such a so called reputable company theyve treated me appallingly.

Absolutely brilliant service

Absolutely brilliant service. The removal men were great, nothing was too much trouble. They arrived on time and set to work straight away. No messing around. They worked their socks off. When they arrived at our new home they took their time to make sure everything was in the right place and before they left they check with us that we were happy with everything. Would definitely recommend this company. From the start to the end of our move, we were looked after by friendly professional people, just brilliant

Let your heels be fleet escaping this company!

I wish there was an alternative below 1 Star. This company would qualify. We have undergone the move from hell with the help of Fleet Removals [Britannia]They persuaded us to pay more to lengthen the move and then simply didn't turf up day one. Day two Messrs Wham and Bam packed in a very short space of time, but were still beaten by the two who unpacked. Actually, one declared himself unwell and my 74 years old husband had to help the other at times. We were left with boxes of smashed precious things which they denied all responsibility for because we had packed! In other words License to Break, Drop, Damage with no comeback despite also taking out insurance. We were left with a heavy oak table missing every single bolt because Mr Wham, who disassembled it, had mislaid them. We had packed 98 boxes. 92 absolutely no damage. 6 everything smashed into tiny pieces. Pictures, lamps, glass, china. When it came to claiming compensation for the missed day, or through their insurers, they completely ignored those items they had carted and damaged - beds, broken, drawers damaged, freezer missing base plate and feet, washing machine, dead as a dodo, and they have wriggled and jiggled ever since.
