We wanted to express our sincere gratitude for everything Tom has done over the past weeks. Out of all the agents we interacted with, he was the only one who consistently went above and beyond. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a meaningful difference during what has been a very stressful period. We truly felt supported every step of the way, and his dedication turned a challenging process into a far more manageable experience. Highly recommended.

Not on your side if you are a tenant!

Fletcher's is good as long as there are no issues. As tenant, they will not help you. They do not provide solutions that will satisfy you and will always side with the landlord.
My child caught salmonella because of rodent issue that was first flagged in 2024 and in 2025 only, I caught and killed 7 mice. The landlord dragged it and came twice to try and block the holes, instead of hiring a professional and it took a year for them to do so. The same guy came twice and ensured the job was not complete. So, I suggested to him the pest control used by the building manager and when he received the quote, he refused and he claimed he needed his flat back and never did the work and we have continuously been living with a mouse for the past few months. This was brought to Fletcher's knowledge and no support was received from them.
At no point, Fletchers has sided by me and the terrible ordeal my family and I, had to go through.
As we have finally had a moving date, I have asked the agency to try and step in as I had been trying to reach out to the landlord and get information regarding the inventory and did not receive a satisfactory answer, I was just told to remove the things that were not there. and leave the place as is. I also mentioned that the person that performed the inventory when we moved was not done in honesty and that burns on the carpets in the master bedroom and living room were not in the report. I received a "what do you want me to do about it" kind of answer" but they just could not care less. i explained that the landlord says one thing and then do another, but again no one cares. These people are just after your money. They will smile and make small talk as long as everything goes right. An agency should be here to support tenants as well. Fletchers is not that! I would not recommend them to my worst ennemy.

Exremely disappointed with the…

Extremely disappointed with the management service. Despite a written agreement to receive rent on the 29th of each month, the office has failed to meet this date for nearly a year. When raised formally, the agency's solution was to suggest I pay the full management fee in advance and collect the rent myself. A complete lack of accountability and professional service. Would not recommend to other landlords.

Fletchers: outstanding estate agents

I had a good experience with Fletchers Brook Green. We’ve been looking for a house to buy and Kareena has been very professional and attentive to our demands; not the typical estate agent you usually deal with. Kareena is an excellent professional; she always followed up on our request and tried really hard to help us. Fletchers is an outstanding agency and we are sure to recommend them!

INSPECTION CANCELLED AFTER 25 minutes waiting

Disrespectful on people's time. There were easily 30 people standing around the property waiting.

Outstanding service from Luke Wilson

I can’t thank Luke Wilson enough for everything he did to secure my beautiful rental property. From the very first viewing (on a Saturday!) to the 3 short weeks when I got my keys and this was all sorted during the Christmas period the service I received was above and beyond anything I have experienced from any other rental agents. After what was a very hard year for me, Luke’s hard work and the professionalism of him and everyone at Fletcher and Company I finished 2025 with a big smile and a beautiful new home to start 2026 in. Thank you Luke and Fletcher & Company, you really are a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟letting agents.

I book a property through Fletchers…

I book a property through Fletchers Chiswick. They took a week to check the property, and when I moved in the boiler was broken, so no heating and no hot water. They refused to take any responsibility on the incident and said that when they checked 2 days ago, everything was working. They also refused to pay for a hotel during my waiting time (several days) they took to fix the issue, and requested the price for the hotel from the landlord. Not sure what is the role of this agency, if they cannot check apartment properly before renting out, and are hesitant to take on any responsibility. Do NOT recommend

I currently let my property out through…Fletchers Chiswick Lettings team

I currently let my property out through Fletchers Lettings in Chiswick and have found the staff to be very professional. I’m always informed of any issues that occur and they’re always happy to offer any help or advice. Aleksandra and her colleagues have been very helpful with they’re communication and keeping the flat in good order for the tenant.

Termination bill from Fletchers for £100.00.

I had my house up for sale with Fletchers for six months. They were unable to sell the property in this time, and in the final couple of of months had no interest at all.
I decided to move Estate Agents and gave them notice at the end of Aug 25.
I then recieved a termination bill from Fletchers for £100.00.
On their contract it states this termination fee, but is rather ambiguous as can be taken as termination within contract period.......... I was most definitely out of contract. Have begrudgingly just payed this demand.

I have been dealing with fletchers for…

I have been dealing with fletchers for a while in search of a rental property. The agent i have been dealing with is Narmin. Myself and my husband went to view a property and made an offer straight away. I had to keep chasing for a response from the agency as they weren’t reaponding to any emails. I then finally heard back and all details were gone through. Again its was so difficult to get any contact with Narmin and ended up speaking with another person in the office who told me would come back to me but never did. I called again today and was told they tried calling me ( never did ) and that the property was gone.
We are so disappointed with Fletchers and being dragged along when we could have been looking elsewhere

Friendly and efficient

Excellent service

Having had to deal with quite a few issues in the rental property my family and I recently moved into, I was relying on Fletchers to get these rectified. Bridget was exceptional in not only getting the problems fixed, but also in keeping us continually notified of the actions she was taking and the status of jobs. Her cheerful disposition and empathic nature made a bad situation easier to handle, and her can-do attitude was instrumental in achieving a positive outcome. Along with the rest of her Property Management team, she is an asset to Fletchers.

Brilliant!

I have used Fletchers as my Letting Agents for many years and have been very happy with them. Han has always gone out of his way to help. Recently I went full service with them and Vanessa and the team have been fantastic. They are quick to respond and solve any issues.

Great service

Great service! Every time we had something that needs a tweak, Fletchers are prompt to respond. Last time, George Tilby came to do some repairs and he was super helpful and very efficient. He explained us what needed to be done, which is the experience we had in previous rentals.
