We called they told us to go to Pep…
We called they told us to go to Pep Boys and the truck that we have first when we first got it. The people in your service department left the oil thing off and oil got everywhere so that was fixed back in March and then my husband just took it to Pep Boys as you guys just instructed him to do and now the alternator and battery are bad we’ve waited at Pep Boys since 730 and no call no email no follow up no nothing so we have to do a swap that we will get on Sunday and they’re charging us $199 which we shouldn’t even be charged that because you guys are tying our hands because we have no vehicle so we were like that back and we were like the mileage that he drove today and a credit

Overall it was a pretty good…
Overall it was a pretty good experience. The only hiccup and reason for 3 stars is the random, hard to believe “ticket/violation” charges. I was never pulled over but charged twice for supposed citations and they make you jump through hoops to get an actual copy or some sort of proof of the violations they paid. Providing a copy before you charge someone’s card should be automatic so that part felt like a scam and ultimately why o returned the vehicle.
Service during changeover needs to be more thorough
I love the flexibility. Unfortunately, the car was not completely serviced before it was delivered to me. Being "out of area" makes it inconvenient to correct.
Flimsy and expensive
First of all, it has been nice having a month to month lease. It allows for flexibility and less commitment. However, every car that I have had so far, aside from this current one, has been flimsy as hell. One vehicle was damaged sitting in the parking lot and another pulling out of my flat driveway! These cost a total of about $2100 for both of these small and inexplicable damages.
