It took practically 2 months to receive my order. When contacting CS they said after a month they had ran out of stock and should get sent soon. Finally after 2 months I received my product even though the shipping online states 7-10 days. Disappointing as I was excited for the product.

UPDATE: As I write this, I got a text message letting me know that they ran out of inventory on one of the products in my order and tried to send them out as they got inventory. They just sent me shipping for the wipes and said the disc shipping should be sent very soon. While I am grateful they are trying to fix this, it would have been much appreciated if they let me know they would be sending it piece by piece in the email they sent replacing the order. I will be adding another star for the very quick communication this time around.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered June 29th 2024. On July 12th and 14th, I sent a message to them asking when my package would be delivered. The order said a 5-10 business day shipping period. I definitely waited longer than that. With no reply, I commented under various social media posts and even contacted through direct messages. On July 16th, I sent atleast 8 emails and 4 direct messages across different platforms and FINALLY got a response. They told me they were having supply issues and sent me a new order confirmation for the new package. I was happy because they finally answered me after trying for multiple days. Well, I ordered the “reusable disk starter bundle” which comes with 2 packages of biodegrade wipes, a bottle of pH balanced foaming cleanser, and the reusable menstrual disk itself. Today when I received the package, I received only the pH foaming cleanser. This is actually the only product that comes in the bundle I cannot use right now because I need the disk to use it! This company has been terrible about communication and you cannot call them, only text or email. I so desperately would love to try their products and give an honest review, but after almost a month of waiting, I still cannot. They didn’t even bother notifying me that the order would be shipped late! Just made me figure out on my own. If you are going to order this product, PLEASE do not do it from their site directly, buy it in store or on Amazon because you will not receive your order.

Well, at first I was really happy as the products work well and feel good. I was much less satisfied when I found out that the price of the subscription I signed up for was only for the first shipment and all subsequent shipments should cost double though that was not mentioned when I assigned up for the subscription. After several months of usage I became pregnant. I tried canceling my subscriptions online and thought it had worked until a few weeks later I received 2 more shipments. I could find no way to cancel online so I emailed them saying to cancel all subscriptions I had with the company as I would no longer be needing the products. They responded saying they would cancel all my subscriptions. I then got 3 emails saying the various subscriptions had been cancelled. It's been a few months and I just recently got an email from them saying I need to update my payment method so they can ship out my next subscription order. I have not resubscribed to anything. No matter how hard I try to cancel subscriptions with this company these just keep trying and trying to charge me. Do not give them your card info because you won't be able to cancel your subscriptions with them. Thankfully I cancelled the account I had used to pay for my subscription when I changed banks, otherwise they would still be charging me. I feel they are unethical and I don't believe it's just a mistake that my subscriptions can't seem to be cancelled or that they keep attempting to charge me. I gave several pictures of emails if like to upload with this review but I can't see a way to do that.

Excellent product and fast delivery to the UK 👍

My period is so much better because of flex. I have been using Diva Cup, saalt Cup and the June cup and every one of them was messy, hard to clean, uncomfortable, and removing was the absolute worst. The flex cup is so easy to remove, and there is no mess. It's very comfortable, easy to clean, and made me wonder why every cup isn't like them. I would also recommend this specific brand if you're new to menstrual cups because they give you a whole guide to insertion and how to remove and all sorts of thorough tips written by women, for women in with the box when you purchase. I love this cup, no other menstrual cup compares!

Customer service is top notch and the product is great. I would recommend this company and I hope they become very successful. I signed up for a recurring subscription for the discs, but then started using the reusable cups instead (better for the environment) and had difficulty accessing my account to stop the recurring disc subscription. I emailed them with a same day response. They sent me a link to set up my account and in the meantime cancelled my subscription for me without hassle.

They have a .uk website but they ship from America, which I was charged for. I don’t mind ordering from abroad but a .uk address is a bit disingenuous. They also use a delivery company who shall not be named here, and when the delivery never arrived I was refused a full refund by several levels of management. Only when my bank got involved did they agree to it. I tried to use their service for six months and each delivery was complicated and more hassle than it’s worth. I also don’t believe their product to be as environmentally friendly as they claim, particularly if each delivery is being shipped from America.

I brought flex discs there excellent really comfy to wear you forget your wearing them only problem is there not reusable should make them reusable to save the environment

This company is really changing the game for women. I've used their products for a few months and I'll never go back to tampons again. The only thing that would make this better is if 1. the packaging was more sustainable and 2. there was a charity component. But the company is new and I hope that'll be the way they go as the success continues.
