Wow, what a whirlwind of a week. We have sold our house and purchased our forever home. We enquired about a property and within 24 hours Jack and Beth came to value our property and it was listed online the same day. Five viewings later and our house was sold. All this happened within a space of 72 hours.
The service provided cannot be faulted. Jack and his team work long hours to provide amazing customer service. They are a pro active estate agent. They update you with progress at every stage. They go above and beyond what is expected.
All communication and dealings have been professional and honest. Flexi-Agents hard work, long hours, dedication and enthusiasm is why they are the top estate agent in Southport. We would highly recommend them.

Be aware that flexi-agent are refusing to allow people to view properties. If you wish to sell consider using a company who actually allow people to view properties.

Upon leaving this review flexi-agent proceed to phone me up and swear at me over the phone. A wholly unprofessional company who thinks it is acceptable to swear at people and call them names. Avoid at all costs.

We sold our home via Flexi in 4 days, bought a new one via Flexi in two. Our son last year had his home put up on Sunday evening and it was sold the following afternoon.
Everything is handled very well from the first call to the last, everything done to the best of anyone's ability.
The difference here is that this is an estate agent who cares, who is pro active, and when you ask for anything from second visits to small details you may have missed, it gets answered and followed up. They work every day from early to late. Find me another estate agent that does that!!!
I rather like their attitude of a lowish but fair start price and invites of exceeding that price from interested parties. On both our selling and buying, they did NOT entertain a bidding war. We offered what we thought the new home was worth to us, we got it, end of.
They also take THE best professional pictures they can of your home. On our first visit, everything was explained simply, price agreed, pics taken. Two hours later we were live. And as I said earlier 4 days later it was sold.
This, in my personal experience, and I have plenty as I do visit and buy properties often enough, is rare. Flexi makes it all very easy, they do NOT take their customers for granted nor do they behave in the manner some of those 'customers' reviews suggest.
I, for one, always check them out first. Unfortunately for me, they sell their homes very fast and I have lost out a couple of times. Price you pay for being slow.
Ultimately, Flexi Agent claim they are the best. They are. Anyone who tells you different has either an axe to grind or is a competitor. They are game changers in an industry that is all too often treating would be customers as a bit of a nuisance, no wonder they have risen so fast. They deserve their success. Try them, you will be writing the next review of appreciation yourself... Guaranteed!

We decided one day to get our property valued with the idea of possibly putting it up for sale. James came round and valued it and within a couple of hours it was on the market and viewings were flying in, we were very nervous about putting our home up for sale but James made it so easy and we felt so at ease we knew we had made the right decision to sell through flexi agent.
Within two days we had accepted an offer. Sophie Sutton branch manager could not have been better, she helped us to secure an offer for our house and then helped us to find our perfect forever home, in less than a week we had our property valued, on the market, offer accepted for our house and we had our offer accepted for our new home, we can’t believe all this happened so quickly and with such ease. Sophie kept us upto date with every stage of the process and she worked amazingly hard to get us our new home, we will never be able to thank her enough for how much this means to us.

Can't praise clare and all the team for there excellent service enough.

We’re buying our first home via Flexi Agent, having looked at a number of properties with other southport agents, they are by far superior. Sophie Sutton (Branch manager) has been amazing throughout, keeping us on the loop with progress at every stage. They are always contactable and more than happy to help & go above and beyond what is expected. They are transparent and honest and have put us at ease throughout. Would recommend to all! 5* for sure :-)

If you want honest advice and people who are genuinely interested in getting you the best result both as a seller and a buyer then look no further! So glad we went with flexi!

Simply can not fault Jacquie or the team, I work in conveyancing myself and I know what good and bad service looks like, flexi agent were simply outstanding, every call i made (it was alot) was dealt with, always called back very very happy!

I sold a property late last year with Flexi-Agent (offer accepted beyond all my expectations within 24 hours of it being put online) and am now in the process of purchasing one which they have marketed. Having dealt with every member of their team - Jack, Andrea, Harriett Wilson, Sophie Sutton, and all the others, I can say they are professional at all levels. I've dealt with every other agency in Southport in the last few months trying to find the right house and, hand on heart, can say that the other agencies cannot match Flexi-Agent's commitment to clients whether they are a seller or a buyer. Yes, they do take and make calls, follow up on emails and text messages late into the evening! Would you really want to use an estate agent to sell your house who won't take a call after 5pm or won't do a viewing at a weekend). Flexi-Agent's sheer hard work, late hours, dedication and enthusiasm shine through and that's why you can see so many of their sold boards around Southport.

Excellent service from the get go! Sophie Sutton was very helpful and made sure we got what we wanted. From Jack taking the pictures and uploading them on rightmove that night to multiple viewings the next day, of which we sold to the first viewer ! Made up. Thankyou Sophie, Harriet and all the team.

Great experience with Flexi-Agent. Andrea and Mandy pulled out all the stops to get our house on the market on New Years Eve , we had viewers within 2 1/2 hours and the first person made an offer which we accepted.
