The guys were really professional and organised a lot of viewings in a really short timeframe for us. We ended up with a buyer for slightly over the asking price which we are delighted with. Would thoroughly recommend- communication was great, effort to sell our home was great and an overall very positive experience.

On the initial viewing Rachel allowed us the time and space (due to social distancing) to look around the property at ease, we did not feel rushed or pressured during this process. Exceptional service - all staff have been lovely and super helpful. Mandy in particular always goes the extra mile. She was proactive in finding us exactly what we wanted, ringing regularly rather then just sending lists of random houses, like the majority of other agents we have dealt with. Had 4 Appointments Cancelled by this Agent, because the Director said we had not Sold, we do not have to, we have got Proof of Funds to Purchase.
Said we asked too many awkward Questions of her Negotiator, about Council Tax / Service Charge / Section 20 Levy / Ongoing Maintenance etc. which she could not give satisfactory answers to.
When we asked about Viewing under Covid19 Rules, we were told that the Vendor would be in the Property and of course wearing a mask.
Government Advice is "If people are being shown around your current home, you should open all internal doors and ensure surfaces, such as door handles, are cleaned after each viewing with standard household cleaning products.
As most people choose to, we recommend that you vacate your property whilst viewings are taking place in order to minimise your contact with those not your household".
Very arrogant and unprofessional Agents, whom we will not ever use, under any circumstances. We will also recommend friends and colleagues to do likewise.

Really helpful, especially for someone selling a house for the first time. No BS or games. Found an appropriate buyer not just anyone and really understood the situation I was in.

Really great experience buying through Flexi-Agent. Have viewed a few properties with them before finding the one we wanted and found they have always responded quickly to get us booked in, and upon offering on the property we wanted they were quick to get everything confirmed so we could relax. Emma has especially helped us when we have been on the hunt and offered to help where she could which we really appreciated. Its nice to buy through an agent with such nice staff.

We've been incredibly impressed with the service provided by Andrea at Flexi-Agent.
Had our viewing and offer accepted with Penny but she left shortly after, however, Andrea picked it up and has been fantastic ever since.
Nothing is too much trouble, answers any and all questions we have as well as going out of her way to keep us updated and explain any processes we come across.
Would recommend Andrea and the team to my own family and friends and will no doubt use her again in the future!

Just sold my property through Flexi-Agent. Friendly and hard working team that delivered on their promise. They work until 10pm 7 days a week, so its very easy to communicate with them. What more can you ask for. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell (or buy) property.

We recently both sold and purchased houses with Flexi-Agent and cannot speak highly enough of the team. Jack was our main point of contact and was absolutely fantastic. Our house sold within just a few days, we were guided through the process closely and he helped make sure we got a good price for the house we purchased. Moving house during Covid-19 was extremely challenging and we hit a number of stumbling blocks. Jack was able to help us even when delays were solicitor related (which was most of the time). I honestly cannot recommend them enough - they know what they're doing and are one of the most customer orientated teams I have ever met.
