Do not buy from this website under no circumstances. The clothes are not good. The clothing is stitched badly and very poor quality. Flexi Africa do not accept refunds. I have emailed them that I would like to return items and there is no reply for a return address. PLEASE DO NOT BUY. The clothing is cheap quality and a waste of money. It’s very unfair that you can’t get your money back either.

I purchased a white long-sleeved dress from flexiafrica last year September,I didn't receive the dress,I emailed the company for a refund but they refused. I emailed them more than 10 times but no response from them. The amount I paid for the dress was £38.00. Please let me know if the company is a scam. Thank you.

Website no longer works
Website no longer works, product sent worng size. Some lame excuse they don’t do refunds or returns regardless of uk laws. Product arrives longer than 7 days after order and website now no longer exits they set up account piggy backed over Shopify. Website now only takes email address for new letters. Do not shop with this company or any with similar name you have no idea who your sharing your payment details with. Product are wrong sizes it’s just a label printed on a different size dress not even right size as stated. I would give zero stars as it’s definitely fraudulent plus it’s made to look like it’s come from Australia when you can tell it’s Chinese knock off.
