First and foremost, Trustpilot has verified our business details and confidently lists Flexiaura as a UK-based company, following a review of our private documentation. If your tracking information suggests otherwise, it is likely an error from the couriers system.
Besides from that. Our records show that you’ve opened a dispute with your bank claiming “goods not received.” However, both our delivery partner’s records and your own correspondence confirm that the item was successfully delivered.
At Flexiaura, we take pride in delivering a premium experience for our customers, and the consistently positive feedback we receive through our website reflects that commitment.

Hi Keith,
I’d like to start by clarifying your concern about the delivery origin. After reviewing your tracking information, there’s no indication that your order was shipped from China.
Flexiaura operates fulfilment centre's in both the UK and the US, depending on where the order is placed. We do not dispatch from China, and as a company proud to be primarily UK-based, we do not appreciate false information being spread around our brand.
That said, I completely understand your frustration. The past few weeks have been extremely busy — our warehouse has sold out four times in the last 32 days — and with the Christmas season approaching, our logistics and support teams are working flat out to keep up with demand.
As a gesture of goodwill, I’ve processed a full refund for your priority shipping.
I’ve also sent you a private email with an update on your delivery status (which is arriving soon!) , and I’m more than happy to help with any further questions you might have.
