Morally disgusting and unprofessional…

What a disgusting unprofessional organisation.

I have appealed a fine and the appeal referenced a car that was not mine. I have contacted the appeal company POPLA and they have not responded, I have also contacted their parent company and no one responded.

APCOA without any contact after the appeal failed for a reg that isn't mine have just sent the fine through to a bully boy debt collection agency who are seemingly too thick to understand there is an issue and are choosing to just threaten me with legal action.

I have reached out to Flexible Resolutions as they are the parent company.

If Flexible Resolutions had any level of decency or professionalism they would contacted me after the appeal with their final fine amount and I probably would have just paid even if the reg was wrong. As it is they have just passed this to a bully boy debt recovery business.

APCOA should hang their heads in shame what a disgusting racket of bullies.

What dirty disgusting business tactics.

Don't waste time with FRS and don't buy a D&G policy

Flexible Resolution Services are not worthy of even one star. I sent them a very long detailed description of my issues with D&G and sent them my policy document. What a waste of my time and effort. They quoted back to me information that was clearly incorrect and got the salient policy details wrong. Appealing against their decision and pointing out errors made in their decision was again a waste of time as they refused to accept the the statement in my policy which said "Where an onsite visit is approved after the initial repair, and our approved engineer is not able to repair your product, or we decide that it is uneconomical for us to repair your product, we will, arrange a replacement of your product with a new product of the same or similar make and technical specification."
FRS said D&G stated my dishwasher was not beyond economical repair. My argument was that I had had 7 engineer visits and multiple new parts fitted and the last engineer said there was nothing else left to repair, so therefore it couldn't be repaired.
Lesson learnt - never ever buy a policy from D&G as the policy document is worthless and never waste time with Flexible Resolution Services as they seem not to be impartial in their way of reading evidence.

Dishonest

This insurance backed company is as dishonest as the Domestic and General insurance it pretends to monitor.

They are not an ombudsman.

UPDATE:
Now I have cancelled policy renewal D&G suddenly care. I don’t it’s a rip off.

AVOID AVOID WASTE OF TIME

Avoid this organisation.
It is not impartial and will ultimately find in favour of Domestic and General.
Even if you have overwhelming evidence Domestic and General were in the wrong, just forget it.
In fact, forget getting ANY policy with Domestic and General, based on my appalling experience. This also reflects very badly on BAXI.

This organisation is NOT FIT FOR…

This organisation is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and are biased. And to add injury to insult, you can't even appeal against the decision of your case officer, because what they have decided is SET IN STONE. Plus, you cannot call them as no one answers your call or calls back. A complete waste of your time and energy!

Their phone line is unmanned

Their phone line is unmanned. When the hold music finally stops, the line is open but nobody responds.
As useless as Domestic and General whose complaints they're supposed to resolve.

Virtually useless

Only able to deal with complaints about companies who participate in their scheme. In other words, abusive companies must simply ignore them to avoid them.
