I've taken nearly 100 Flexi online classes in Mandarin at the HSK5+/6 levels. Each class has its own teaching materials (new words, grammar, fun side notes, etc.), which are exceptional and a major advantage over their competitors. The materials are more tailored than any textbook or class I've come across and a big reason why I continue to take the classes.

The teachers are generally excellent too, and because the materials are so strong, even when the teaching quality varies the lessons are still successful.

The group classes are also great value for money. Despite being "group" classes, the class sizes are very small, and many times I was the only student.

I was a little reluctant to try LTL Flexiclass originally, but after a few classes it has become a 4x a month routine for me to practice speaking with a structured learning path. The teachers are great and the class availability is really flexible. Customer service is also quick and understanding.

I like learning Japanese with Flexi class because all instructors are native Japanese speakers with international backgrounds, which makes conversations very much enjoyable and realistic, not textbook-like. Even at an advanced level, lessons stay engaging.

I took the Italian classes online and found them quite enjoyable. However, your learning experience depends heavily on the teacher you get. Some are just there for the pay, and it's obvious. I don't know if all the teachers are qualified, but most don't even review the PDF before the class. I was taught some grammar concepts incorrectly, which was obviously very disappointing. Despite this, I still managed to learn new things.

On the other hand, the team is very attentive; they answer any questions immediately. The classes are pretty affordable, and the website works perfectly. They also offer amazing discounts, which makes continuing to purchase credits tempting.

Would I use it again? Yes, but mainly for practising speaking and learning new vocabulary. I must remember that this was my experience with the *Italian classes*; perhaps the experience is completely different with the Eastern languages, as they seem to have more experience with them.

Japanese : very good programs with good curriculum. Structured properly into A1 to B2 upper intermediate. The materials are well done. Lessons can take place anytime (I live in France) and the teachers are of course very nice since they all are…Japanese…. Frankly I have learnt more in 5 months than in years of self study. And I’m 70 !!

I've had a great experience taking online Mandarin classes with Flexi Classes. As a busy student, the flexibility of being able to choose the time that works best each week is a major difference maker, and the teachers are invariably nice.

The company is great. I love the online system that they have to manage classes, it is intuitive, clear and very useful, their customer service is great, for example, if your teacher missed a class, they refund two immediately, and I've had a great experience with many teachers and a good one with most, which talks about their selection process. Right now I also feel that I am learning a lot thanks to the lessons.
