Brilliant Service. Very Customer Friendly. Highly recommend.

I stumbled across this company by chance and I have been so glad I did. Right from the word go they are helpful, thorough and very reassuring. The fiat Diablo although 10 years old was immaculate and we had a thorough service history.
Steve Wright who delivered the car was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t leave until we were completely happy. He brought a smile to our 87yr old mum and made her day being able to finally get her out of the house.
You don’t need to look around these are the best!

The vehicle i hired was just what I needed and the team were dedicated in looking after it. I would certainly use Fleximobility again.

What can we say …incredible customer service, help and handholding. Our mission; take two 90 year olds, one in a wheelchair, to their friend’s 90th birthday party. Big ask, big trip and big learning curve. But Fleximobility, went above and beyond to make it all possible. Great car, great price and three very happy nonagenarians. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Radu and his team have been kind and supportive throughout our leasing. Any issues, and there were only a few, were solved immediately. The vans were spotless and easy to drive. The staff were helpful and respectful. I thoroughly recommend them.

My WAV car was delivered to me by a lovely driver Steve Wright who went through everything on the car he was very polite and professional the car was exactly as Rabu described it and again he was very friendly and polite.it was truly a good experience,I would highly recommend this company to any one looking for a nearly new vehicle.

I was a little concerned when first ringing Fleximobility as they were quite a distance away from me and I was unsure how their service would be, or work?
If they would understand my wife's needs?

I should never have worried.
From the initial call, where I was transferred to Radu and he explained the process fully, how the test drive would be conducted and that his main priority was pairing the correct car with our needs.
The delivery driver took us on a test drive and explained all about the car and its features.
He further re iterated the companies policies of providing the best service they could for their users.

I purchased the car there and then and have been extremely happy with it.

So in conclusion if you are looking for a WAV I would say make Fleximobility your number one stop as you wont need to go anywhere else.

All the staff we spoke to and met where so helpful and caring.
They were both knowledgeable and so friendly as if we had known them for years.
They could not do enough for us.

I purchased my first WAV via Fleximobility. From first contact to when the WAV was delivered was exceptional. Initial appointment with Radu was excellent, he took the time to listen to what we thought we needed and demonstrated how the ramp/winch etc worked, but also made a few suggestions when we were not sure of what to go for due to my limitations - there was no pressured sales, just a nice service with a customer in mind. He even made some adaptions to the existing adaptations to make things much easier for me (and my husband). Karen in Admin is lovely to deal; very attentive, and always polite and always gets back to you promptly. Barry, the Owner, bought the vehicle down to us, went through things thoroughly with us, and made sure that I was happy. Thank you very much Barry for staying to chat to us whilst waiting for a lift back, it was lovely to meet you. We are delighted with our vehicle, it has honestly made a huge difference to us.

I telephoned fleximobility about viewing one of their used wheelchair vehicles, on Monday, I took my wheelchair bound father to view vehicle and I test drove it on Tuesday, dad loved the vehicle, as he was able to transfer from wheelchair to rear seat, and this was the most important thing for dad, as it was a comfy ride, we collected vehicle on Thursday, very friendly service, Radu was very helpful knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble, we would definitely recommend this company, fantastic all round, thank you all x

I bought my Peugeot Rifter WAV from Fleximobility last May (2024).
I phoned Radu on the 3rd of February 2025 and said that I needed to sell it as my circumstances had changed.
With no hesitation a price was offered and an appointment booked to take it in for the 10th February 2025 (7 days later).
Radu is super polite and a very honourable person. A great asset in the type of vehicles he sells, (and buys back)!

We bought our WAV in September from Fleximobility. Whist living over 150 miles away the transaction was easy. Unfortunately in November the vehicle development multiple engine/Adblue issues. The service from Radu in resolving this, providing a courtesy vehicle and covering all the costs (local diagnostic, extra insurance for courtesy vehicle etc) was excellent. Hopefully we will have no more issues and many years of trouble free driving.

Following the purchase last May (thank you Barry) of a Peugeot Drifter WA van, I telephoned Fleximobility last Thursday regarding a problem I was having with releasing front holding straps. Radu discussed my problem and - very kindly - offered to drive to my house (50 miles away) the following morning to assist, but with his experience thought that I may be incorrectly positioning the wheelchair when disembarking and was still keen to come and help, but I asked to try this before he came out. Result - after trying his solution, he was correct and problem solved. A very impressive after care service from this company, well done.

Very trustworthy, and good price, very reliable vehicle and genuinely warm and friendly service. Perfect! Has enabled my Dad to get out and visit places which does him good!

The service and support was the best, we as a family appreciate the understanding and advice offered on the right mobility car to have by Mr Radu, which great, he was the the person who made all the difference.

Finding the right WAV can seem quite overwhelming. When you start the process you don't really know, what you don't know! You naturally start with a blank canvas, then you start to look at WAV'S, in our case, in the same way we'd always looked at cars... This was our first mistake, but we quickly learnt to focus on the practical challenges of moving a wheelchair user as safely, comfortabley and efficiently as possible.

Radu showed us a number of vehicles, checking how my wheelchair fit and felt when loaded and took us for a comprehensive test drive.

This helped us to make an initial choice of vehicle, one which we feel will meet our needs today, but safe in the knowledge that our lease agreement allows us to change the vehicle as our situation evolves.

It's a big decision to take regarding Wheelchair vehicles. Fleximobility were very professional with practical advice & had a wide range of vehicles & options to choose from. After sales service has been superb too. Very glad we found them!

I simply cannot praise this small business highly enough. The team were all incredibly kind and the WAV that I hired enabled me to transport my mother from hospital to my father's funeral. I only ever write reviews for outstanding service and Fleximobility went above and beyond for me and I can't thank them enough for making a difficult day more bearable.
