Spoke with Terry on the Thursday morning about our urgent office needs and had a lease in place by Friday afternoon. Terry was fantastic at sourcing some great spaces for us view to the very next day! He knew exactly what we needed and where. We looked at a variety of offices in different areas local to our home. With one of them fitting the bill perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Terry to anyone looking for a new office.

In 2021 we set out to find a serviced office supplier that had the right fit with our company culture and service standards. Our previous supplier had significantly fallen short of our expectations and the covid pandemic made our experience worse.

The Flexioffices Team member (Jan Roscott) worked relentlessly to guide us like a concierge through the different requirements and what was available to us.
As a small team, we did not have $ muscle to flex, but Jan ensured we were put in front of as many suppliers as possible.

When I made a decision to use a co shared office space I didn’t have any real idea of what was available, where and prices. The prospect of researching it all was daunting and then I found Jan who listened to my needs, quickly put together a list of available offices against my brief, arranged inspections and helped me to find my dream office which I never would have done on my own. I would like to highly recommend flexi offices. Once we had made contact, Terry literally found a number of offices that were perfect for us. The only hard part was having to make a decision on a space as all of the properties were amazing.

A great help in identifying a suitable location and arranging for us to visit all the offices of interest in one day.
