We have been looking for a suitable office for over a month now, after speaking to Terry Byrne it was 8 days from first recommendation to move in. Very happy with the speedy result.

Flexioffices take the pain out of serviced office selection in Central London. If you are lucky enough to have Katie working for you she will also renegotiate office rates as well and see to all the details.

I have been looking for an office space on multiple websites and I've left a few requests online on flexioffices.co.uk.
A lovely lady called Natalie contacted me straight away and really was so helpful and professional I can't put into words.
She asked me all the necessary questions about the budget, space, location..etc. and gave me a perfect option within an hour. Then arranged a viewing, put me in touch with the agent and followed up afterwards.
I am now writing this review from my new office and I am extremely grateful for Natalie's help. In a space of one week we have found and moved into a perfect space.

Jon Ward was very professional and helpful. We had originally approached two agencies but were inundated with unsolicited emails as a result of our use of the other agency - with Flexioffices we only received the emails that we needed to arrange viewings and make an informed decision. I would certainly use Jon again in the future if we were looking at another move.

London Office Space
If you're considering serviced office space in London I would highly recommend working with Jon Ward from Flexioffices. I used Flexioffices two years ago to find the space we're currently in and I recently engaged with Jon to find a new location. Jon is extremely well versed in the London market and takes the time to understand your specific needs. Thus he did not waste my time trying to show me spaces that would not be suitable, nor did he try to pressure sell me just to close a deal, which is what you get from many brokers.

Flexioffice's service is OK, nice website with a good range of offices in the local area. However, after I applied to view 5 specific offices, I was deluged with spam emails from other office companies in the area that I did not request, so it seems like Flexioffices are not too bothered about giving your data away (or selling it) to everyone else.

Julian was my main point of my contact. He is the reason I accepted Lock studios. He was professional, prompt and professional with his communication skills. He understood my needs and worked towards achieving it. I would recommend others to him.

Came across Julian from a mailshot and downloaded FleixOffice's thought piece on offices and the current pandemic. Julian rang through and we had a great chat about what kind of rental contracts we should be able to negotiate with our then buildings-management team in light of the uncertainties. Julian's advice was invaluable in helping us make our decisions. Can't recommend him highly enough if you are in an office rentals quandary!

Great service. Ann quickly understood what kind of office space I was looking for, found several suitable options and arranged viewings for me. All I had to do was tour the offices and make a choice. It couldn't have been easier and I am delighted with the outcome.

I enquired to a particular office in my home town to enquire about fees. Since I made that initial enquiry at 1:30pm yesterday, I have been called over 13 times by 9 different numbers and emailed 4 times - from offices I'm not interested in and without giving my permission to pass my number or email address along. Whilst an absolute breach of GDPR - it's undoubtably put me, and probably 100s of others who you've used the same tactics with, off using you completely.
