I had paid an additional $9 to get expedited service and the product came a day before the “estimated” delivery date at no extra cost. Total time of shipment received was close to 3 weeks. I understand that each shirt is “customized” but I upgraded the delivery time by paying additional $9 and do t feel that there was a difference at all so I feel I paid for nothing.

Been over a month still hasn't arrived…
My package never showed up, but flexiquour reached out to me multiple times to check in and see if it had arrived about a month and a half later they now are resending the package or asked me if I wanted a refund I went with a new jersey cuz they look very nice and still would like after all this it more the shipping company's fault rather than theirs it just took a while for they to finally tell me coulf have a resend or refund finally but they reached out to me multiple times to see if it was there so there communication is on point

I still have not received the product and the tracking # states that USPS does not yet have the package to delivery 03/07.2024.
I placed an order. They took the payment and sent an email stating that would receive another email when the item ships. I never received the second email and still have no product. The phone # listed goes to a different company.
