My whole set up is awesome, took my desk set up at studio set up to the next level. I got the best I could get and it was worth it. Super easy to set up super good quality very heavy. I'm very impressed, use the YouTube video in the QR code on the box will help with the set up tremendously.

I recently ordered a height-adjustable desk from FlexiSpot, but unfortunately the delivery process was problematic from the outset.
The desk was shipped in multiple parcels. While the desktop arrived correctly, the remaining parcels were misdelivered by the courier and never reached me.
What was particularly frustrating is that I was keen to resolve the issue and still receive the desk. I asked whether FlexiSpot could liaise directly with the courier to identify where the parcels had been delivered, as the delivery photo did not match any recognisable location near my address. However, I was advised that they could only proceed by submitting a claim to the courier once I had completed and digitally signed a form. As I was unable to provide a digital signature, this effectively prevented any further investigation at that stage.
As a result, I felt I had little option but to request a full refund rather than continue trying to obtain the missing parcels.
The process of arranging the return for the item that had been delivered was also unnecessarily stressful. Communication was fragmented, with multiple different customer service representatives responding, often without full awareness of previous correspondence. This led to repeated explanations and inconsistent guidance.
In particular, there was ongoing confusion around return labels, despite me clearly explaining that I was unable to print them. It took several exchanges to reach a workable solution, and even then, I had limited confidence that the collection would proceed as planned.
Although the final collection was completed successfully, and the courier did ultimately bring the required label, the overall experience felt disjointed and difficult to manage. At times, it felt like I was having to coordinate the process myself rather than being supported.
In summary, while the refund has been agreed, the overall experience was unnecessarily stressful. A more proactive and coordinated approach—particularly in dealing with the courier—would have made a significant difference.

Amazing customer service. 1 of 2 deliveries were made and both were marked as delivered(by Roadie). Contacted support and they were ready to ship a replacement. A few hours later and the original arrived at my doorstep(Roadie’s delivery driver either held onto it or it was a different delivery driver). Contacted support ASAP to cancel the replacement and they did so within a few hours; all of which happened in a day.

I haven’t received my mattress just yet but I had a LOT of questions about the return policy (I’ve never ordered a mattress online before and I’ve heard some horror stories)- they were very quick to get with me (within minutes of messaging them) and answered all my questions. Replacement frame
Bought a standing desk in 2022 and loved it but as of 2026 it became very unstable. I reached out to customer service, and they were able to send me a new desk frame in about a week to replace my wobbly one. Very satisfied with my experience!

I’ve had a great overall experience with FlexiSpot. The desks, especially the E2 and E7 models, offer a clean design and smooth height adjustment that make daily use comfortable and practical. The E7 in particular feels very solid and premium, while the E2 is a good entry option for anyone getting into a sit-stand setup.
The chair is also comfortable and supportive for long hours, which makes a big difference when you’re working or gaming throughout the day.

Their customer service ignores you. They take forever to ship “in stock” products. They constantly miss their estimated target ship dates on pre-orders.

The quality of the desk for the price I paid can only be described as shocking. The top of the desk is this sleek glass on top of a very sturdy white base. It looks awesome. Support at Flexispot is also 5-stars, they were very helpful and made everything easy.
