Great desks and wonderful customer service!

We've purchased three Flexispot desk frames now — one with a top from Flexispot and two frames paired with custom desktop surfaces — and every single one has been rock solid. The build quality is excellent, the motors are smooth and quiet, and the frames feel sturdy at every height setting.

What really sets Flexispot apart, though, is their customer service. We ordered an E7L and an E7 to place side-by-side in a newly remodeled office, and when they arrived we realized the two models had different foot and bracket designs, something we hadn't realized before ordering. The mismatch was a problem for the custom desktops we had made. We reached out to Flexispot, and they went above and beyond to make it right. They worked with us until we had a setup that looked and functioned exactly the way we needed. That kind of support is rare and honestly made us customers for life.

If you're in the market for a standing desk, don't hesitate. The products are great, and if anything comes up, the team behind them actually cares about getting it right.

Excellent product and customer service

Delivery was fast! My products, the E 5 standing desk and Sheer Chair were easy to assemble. The desk instructions looked a little daunting at first, but after the first step or two, it clicks and it's easy. I had an issue with the headrest in the chair, and called the company. Got right through to a live person, and have a replacement ordered - in the same day! I can see why this business is highly recommended, and would recommend myself.

Great product, even better customer service

My Flexispot desk was great, but the moving company damaged the motor when they were transporting it. I reached out to Flexispot to see if I could order a replacement part. They replaced the entire mechanism at no cost, and it was at my door within 3 days of filing the ticket. Absolutely incredible customer service, way better than I could have hoped. I will definitely purchase from them in the future.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. I ordered a desk in 2022 and the mechanical parts are failing - thankfully it is still under warranty! Swapping out the part was an easy process.

This company has an amazing customer…

This company has an amazing customer service. We ordered a Japanese joinery bed, realky nice quality product, solid wood that unfortunately was damaged throughout the shipment and after contacting customer service, they sent a replacement really fast. I can only say good things about this whole process, they were really nice and understanding people, so I am very happy with my new bed.

Amazing customer service

I am impressed with FlexiSpot’s customer service.
I had an issue with my chair’s armrest, and I sent them an email, even though I honestly didn’t expect they would be able to help me with it. They replied very quickly, and on the same day they confirmed they would send me a replacement for the broken piece. Four days later, I received an entirely new chair. I’m impressed! I have never experienced customer service this great.

Excellent office chair

I had been searching for a comfortable office chair that gave me great support, looked good, and most importantly, supported my frame. I was suggested Flexispot, I began researching the models and ended up buying the C7 Pro, mesh chair.
Now it arrived with a defect in the seat, I signaled this to Flexispot and within 48 hours my replacement part arrived. I was able to assemble the chair and I have been loving it ever since. Amazing quality, incredible customer service, very fast at responding. I highly recommend them.

Shoutout to the customer service team!

Shoutout to the customer service team! Fedex dropped off my packages in our apartment lobby and both (the desktop and the frame) got stolen unfortunately. I notified FlexiSpot through the online chat and the agents immediately assisted me with filing a claim with Fedex and processing the replacements for me. Less than a week later I have now received both of the replacement packages. Extremely easy and fast experience despite of the stress of losing high valued packages which is usually quite a hassle if you deal with the couriers directly. Thank you customer service team!!

I had an issue, they more than fixed it.

I had an issue with a bed frame I had received, and their customer service was fast, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of 10 out of 10. Truly a delightful expereince.
