When they had problems accidentally processing double payments and charging on a different day than what was originally agreed upon. When calling in to speak to someone and ask questions their representative said saud they will notate and then hung up on me. Now I have no information or way to fix the problem. I don't not recommend

Flexshop will rob you
Once again flexshoper have messed me about. They have taken money for an item I have ordered but not delivered it. I have had a reply from them via trustpilot in witch I thank trustpilot for helping . They have said they can't help me with my complaint as they don't recognise my email address the one I have used to order and they have sent me an email confirming the order but now I have a complaint regarding flexshop a complaint that they have stolen money from me for an order they have not delivered on now they cant help me . PLEASE DO NOT USE FLEXSHOP THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN .

I never even followed thru with the plan!!! It almost made me pay $2556 for some that’s only $799 in stores, but is already $927 on their website! It’s a damn scam! You do the math! I tried to use this to help build my credit, but all it did was scare me away LOL
