Ordered 20 boxes
Ordered 20 boxes. Delivered only 17 and despite many emails to dpd and Flextimb I have received no response from either other than to inform me goods are in dpd warehouse in Google.
Still have received no refund or acknowledgement of situation or suggestion to rectify problem.
Both concerns obviously have no desire to solve my problem.

The wood appears to be of good quality and delivery has improved since they switched to DPD (first delivery with DHL was fine, but second a wee bit shambolic). Prices very competitive. Would use again

Missing order
Ordered 4 boxes as we usually do. They sent two one day and one the day after. We’re still waiting for the 4th box after nearly two weeks of ordering. I know they’re closing their doors in December, but this isn’t good enough.

8 boxes of Kiln dried Oak
Ordering and delivering time was so quick, within 2 days of ordering. Wood is great, the 2nd order I've made recently and the price is the best I could find online.
My only complaint and the loss of the 1 star is the state the boxes arrived in, and I'm not sure if this is a packing issue or delivery company issue ( I have emailed and recieved a response within hours, so the after sales support is good).
Overall ... I purchased the wood and recieved the wood. So no complaints there.
UPDATE: I have also recieved a follow up phone call from the company who had been in touch with the delivery company. The issue was a delivery company one and is being addressed, and I will be sent 2 additional boxes.
I have worked in the service industry for many years and I can't fault the after sales customer service of this company .. I have therefore increased my 4 stars to 5
I hope you return in the new year!
