I have done two orders with Fliesonline now and both have been faultless! Their website can be a little difficult to use and yes it’s not as polished as some mainstream tackle shops but everything I’ve ordered has always been great quality for the price and never had an issue with missing items or items arriving broken or faulty. Would always buy my flies here now! Most orders are packed and shipped on the day of purchase too (in my experience)

I ordered flies on the recommendation of a friend. Flies arrived quickly. There were some missing flies but the seller rectified this immediately and gave a partial refund. You cannot fault this service. As for the flies they are well ties and consistent and great value for money. Will be back soon.

They disappear if something goes wrong.
I placed an order on February 18th and, as of today, April 3rd, I have not received anything.
I asked for information several times and never received an answer.

Amazing company with incredible customer service and beautifully made flies. I was even lucky enough to be given a free fly with my purchase and some excellent advice about which flies I should use to match the various seasons. As a beginner this is incredibly useful - so rare to have such great customer service, I’ll definitely be buying more!

Best online company for flies. Always rapid delivery. Even when I accidentally made 2 orders they noticed, put then together and only charged for one delivery. Couldn't recommend more highly.
