Don't use it, Never used it, they are not reliable, it's not under Western Standards at all
At beginning, we think is good, because it looks good and cheap, but support is very bad, sometimes inappropriate, and the way they fix you the trips is cahotic making you lose money in a very unethical way.
My case, I have passed an horrible experience due for their scamming system on promoting me a trip from china to Europe with transit in Milan, however... NOT THE SAME AIRPORT for transfers (first time in my life i saw that)
At the end I never had enough time to transferred was included the package of the ticket, I lost that flight and had to pay more money for the final ticket in Europe than the whole trip to China. I was scammed by buying something cheaper but at the end costed me doubled price.
Confronting the company by this act of stupidity, they kept on saying that the time calculated was enough (it wasn't) and they were very sorry for my feelings (they weren't... either they would solve the issue immediately) but simply everything was ok for them!
In the overall, after a big discussion and painful, they sent me a proposal of 20% of the funding, without even understanding the problem...

... Who is so stupid to think that we pay a whole ticket to a destination and suddently needs to travel 2h to another airport and even pay the transportation? and to get those 20% of return funding, i had to answer back in 48h else...
shall we start to sell tickets with possible transfers from Madrid to Barcelona, considering them as transit too? just because they are 2h difference? or like Stansted to Gatwick, even with the direct train connection (which there is not), you still have to pay the whole extra trip and it's not guarantee you can take the flight due for delays and check-in processes!
Even In China from Shanghai Hongqiao to Pudong would not be considerer by anyone. But in their heads... it seems it is ok.
So don't chose this company ever, they do several of these kind of actions to take your money easier, it's a scamming loop system that in Europe would be immediately banned.
However... somehow they think it's normal for Europeans... it was insulting! It is insulting the way they treat you!
After, I demanded, by written, several reasons that I pointed out, on the claim, and to include the name of the employees that called me by phone. But, instead they even said that wasn't possible because it was too subjective. Funny, how much objective it is to ask for a name of the employee to be signed on the emails?
They send emails not signed, no employee identification, not even the department, which is ilegal including in China!
Can you see how serious is this company? they don't even want to be responsible of what they say on the phone or email.
They don't show respect from beginning towards the end.
So, do not use this platform, NEVER use it because they don't care about Europeans or Foreigns. Chinese normally don't complaint so much, so for them is ok, but they don't care either you or anyone else, they make fun of it saying they understand and after they just keep on doing the same over and over. which means it is very disrespectful.
We should block this platforms to use International Flights and I will make an exposition to all air companies support, saying what is Qunar doing and how they act towards clients. This is not even IATA compliant.
USE OTHERS (platforms), either Europeans or Americans, or even more trustful from China, the prices of QuNar look better, but they will scam you, one way or another, sooner or later.
