This was the first time using flight centre and the first time that we booked a tour vacation. Vicki was so helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything about what to expect on this tour for example- tipping, walking tours, some do’s and don’ts and safety tips. I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Harold at the Flight Center in Burlington. This was basically a last minute flight to Calgary for the Calgary Stampede and to visit Banff. Ashley was very professional and courteous along with showing a lot of patience as it was close to closing time.
