Doesn’t even deserve one star
Flight Centre doesn't even deserve one star. We cancelled our trip well within the deadline and we're still waiting for our refund - more than one month later. Trust me, take your business elsewhere. Expedia will refund your money - in full - within a day or two.

When a booking is paid for and confirmed, the payment is sent directly to the suppliers, which can leads to delays when needing the money refunded. Our team is our biggest asset and bring their level of expertise and personalized recommendations that a Google search cannot bring. Regardless, thank you for your review, we will be sure to channel your feedback as appropriate.
