Amanda McLellan has been our agent for many years
and I would not book a trip without her .She is very professional and knows exactly what we would like in a trip. We booked our trip to Punta Cana in January
and we have just booked our cruise with her in August

We had such a great experience working with Francine Coppen. She is honestly an amazing person and truly cares about her clients. She helped us with everything patiently and with a big heart, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free for us.

The flight booked by our cruise line was poorly chosen. Personal searches proved very frustrating. In just a few minutes Emily cut through the options, found the perfect flight at a remarkable price. Fabulous. The follow up with the reservation and billing also very efficient. Could not be more pleased.

Jennifer Starzynski is amazing! We had to make changes to our travel arrangements that were already booked and paid for and Jennifer went above and beyond to find us an alternative resort that better met our needs. She is the best.

Yna was fantastic! Super knowledgeable, professional and made the experience easy. Yna explained everything and made sure I am covered for anything and everything during our trip.
It would be great to see more Flight Centre's open up again! I miss the one we had in Barrie. So much easier to book a trip as you know everything will be covered!

My husband and I walked into the flight centre in Newmarket for the first time and met the lovely Hardeep Ryat. We explained where we wanted to go and what type of trip we wanted. Hardeep arranged a beautiful trip for us and we can’t thank her enough.

This was the first trip we have taken as a family. My hubby and I have 4 kids: 2 teens and 2 children. We met Diedre Lowe at the upper Canada Mall flight Centre location, we explained to her all our expectations and she took it from there. I loved dealing with her, she is warm, understanding and so helpful. Whenever I needed her, she made herself accessible. She went above and beyond to make sure our trip was seamless, and that we were taken care of. She had an answer for every concern no matter how silly/small or annoying. THE REASON WHY WE CAME TO THE FLIGHT CENTER AS WE HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES FROM TWO OTHER VACATIONS THAT WE BOOKED WITH THE FLIGHT CENTER.

We worked with Diedre to book our trip, and she was helpful, gave good suggestions when we were unsure of connection and flight options, and took her time with us. Most notably though, due to illness we almost had to cancel/postpone - and very last minute she was quick to reply via email to all my panicky questions about cancellation/postponement options, and that was SO greatly appreciated, as everything was suddenly up in the air.
