Both Jonny and Saffron were really helpful with planning my trip!

We booked for a family of 6 people in total. My review is for two reasons. No response to head office re complaint, plus the agent themselves make two booking errors but will not refund the excess I paid for their incompetence . Don't know where to get any support.

Our travel agent at Flight Centre who supported us, Saffron Darby was very well organised, knowledgable on the travel locations we are travelling to, and efficient with her communication. From organising international flights, internal travel through the US, airport transfers, travel insurance and hotel preferences, Saffron covered it all exceptionally well. Well done to the team at Flight Centre Porirua.

It’s was such a great experience with Jonny who helped me throughout to purchase my tickets for my family. Really appreciated your support and help.

Karen from North City flight center is fantastic - she is so helpful, gets great pricing for us - lower than booking direct through an airline, and always goes above and beyond for customers. I have used her on multiple occasions for both personal and work travel and she makes travel bookings a breeze!

Jonny - Emailed him in the morning with everything I wanted for my holiday and he sent me an itinerary and hour later with everything included.

Jonny at Porirua Brunch was amazing — patient, on to it, professional, and really knew his stuff! You can definitely tell he’s seasoned.

We felt well looked after, and he was very considerate and accommodating. He answered all our questions and addressed any concerns, making sure we were fully satisfied with our travel plans.

Highly recommend if you want things done right the first time (as we almost gave up with Flight Centre - 3rd lucks a charm!) and tailored to your preferences 👍🏾 Thanks again, Jonny! 😊

4/5 given the limitations around payment plans Flight Centre has to offer - no reflection on Jonny whatsoever just the travel company itself.

Ben arranged an awesome cruise for my friend & I, and we had the best time ever.

Zachary (Zak) Davies responded to our initial email with travel requests he asked a couple of subsequent questions and then formulated a travel plan in line with our requests which was perfect. He did not push any product or ideas on us but did make suggestions that complimented confirmed plans but also when we asked for his suggestions to fill any gaps. Pricing was well within our budget and was far superior than previous quote from another travel agency.

The staff are always looking to make it as easy as possible. Give amazing advise.

Rosie was fantastic. Efficient, knowledgeable and made great recommendations that we went with.

I have had a wonderful experience with Jonny's excellent service. Jonny is a gentleman, kind, genuine, polite, great listener, has an amazing people and communication skills and knowledgeable about his work and enjoys his work and helping others.

I was comfortable and was not ashamed to tell Jonny that I needed to budget - and Jonny was very patient, understanding and went through with me what was available and let me know
about more options. And I really appreciate Jonny and his time

Sarah is an incredible woman with a beautiful soul and a heart of gold. I needed help - and a kind compassionate person to talk to, and to understand some things regarding travel medical care, and what was the sunflower 🌻necklace thing about? And who to contact?

I walked by Flight Centre and saw Sarah at work. I walked in we both said hi, she asked "how are you? how can I help?"
Sarah did not hesitate and with her beautiful welcoming smile before I walked inside - listened, answered my questions and even wrote things on a paper make things easier for me. And offered to come back if I needed more help. And because of Sarah! I was able to get the necessary help I needed for my elderly mother and myself we needed to get her safely to Samoa.

Fantastic customer service, great experience. Jonny nailed it!

The agent tried to underhandedly charge insurance, despite explicitly stating that I did not need or want insurance. Upon enquiring whether any of those fees were optional she failed to advise that they were. I asked again as The Captains package seemed to be insurance - she admitted as much after I asked yet again.

It took three tries to get the truth. Upon complaining her manager called. He seemed friendly enough and said he’d speak to her but that was it.
I’ll now avoid Flight Centre - don’t let them treat you like an idiot.

My journey was not a typical one, I have to get to Kigali in Rwanda, but Jonny put a lot of time and effort into organising the best route. He was patient and explained everything well.

We called into our local Flight Centre to check out airfares to Brisbane and ended up booking our tickets before we left!
Jonny greeted us when we arrived and was very nice and efficient to deal with. He answered all our questions, gave good helpful advice and we had a few laughs along the way.
Would definitely recommend him as a Travel Agent.
