Kim booked the flights to central Africa for me as I was having trouble finding all the flight connections using webjet or rome2rio. Kim organised the plane seats as well and kept me up to date when flight times changed.

Kim easily found the flights I wanted, even though I'd been struggling to find them on line myself. It was great to have professional help. She was receptive and accommodating especially when I wanted to change one of the dates.

I had tried to use their website using gift card but there was a glitch. I went i to the store. Emily was amazing and she made the whole transaction seamless. I highly recommend them.

Emilee Mishra made an otherwise bewildering booking process so easily and efficiently, it is well worth paying the $150 service fee for peace of mind. She went to a great deal of trouble to find the best travel deal to go to the UK, and organised everything on the spot including travel insurance. Really superb service.
