Danger in Doha
We got caught up in the backdraught of the new conflict in the Middle East, trying to travel from Brisbane to Edinburgh, via Doha. The route looks non-viable for the foreseeable period and we wanted to get home Jaydon held our hand and signed us up for a route via LA and London: lengthy but certain. Thanks to him and Flight Centre we are moving forward again.

Getting info from FC is like pulling teeth
Getting information was like pulling teeth, and we encountered surprises still.
We had to revisit the store to change the person we were speaking to, and finally got information on the visas we needed, but so much was left out.
We didnt have needed vaccines.
The louvre was closed on tuesdays, which they booked us in paris for (apparently they don’t have knowledge on trips to paris).
We went to ask about changing and were told we would need to pay around $1000 to change.
Overall, we go to an agent for professional knowledge and experience. But with flight centre it seems you still learn the hard way, by yourself.

Extremely poor phone responses.
Extremely long waiting time on hold - two hours for person who made the group booking. Then one hour on hold for the group member who wanted to make one change to their flight. During that time the quoted price went up by an extra $80. We l tried multiple times to change this one flight, and we were met with operators who promised emails, but never delivered. We were left on hold, then disconnected by flight centre operators. Very poor service for a simple request.
