Just so people know from my last review that is 10-12 weeks to get my refund back. What other business in the WORLD takes this long. UNACCEPTABLE.

Hi Jon, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. As mentioned in your previous review, we do completely understand how frustrating the cancellation and refund process can be. Once our team confirms a booking, payment is immediately forwarded to our suppliers to secure your reservation. As a result, refunds can only be processed once the supplier has returned the funds to us, after which we’ll promptly arrange the refund back to you.

The Bad and the Good.
Initially I completed an on-line application for a WA road trip, I then received an email from Flight Centre informing me that a representative would contact me.
After waiting 2 days I resent the on-line request and a Queensland office responded, another 10 emails followed with the agent and no satisfaction.
As I live in Melbourne, I attended an in person meeting in the Collins st branch with Mollie Sinclair who was very helpful and arranged the whole trip.
she arranged the flights we wanted, the car hire - everything. In under 30 minutes we had everything we needed and booked and paid for the trip, we could not recommend her highly enough.
We have always used Flight Centre as our travel agent and look forward to a great holiday.

Flight Centre Fraud tactics
Flight Centre, due to the competition posed by Skyscanner’s online sales, has recently engaged in misleading practices in collaboration with Aunt Betty, selling tickets without clearly displaying baggage allowances. They claim that baggage information will be provided in the e-ticket, but the e-ticket does not include it. In order to make Skyscanner lose its customers, they have adopted unethical and unprofessional methods. I purchased a flight on April 2, 2026, from Tokyo to Cairo through a Flight Centre partner, and these issues have caused significant problems for me. I do not recommend other travelers to purchase tickets from Flight Centre or its partner Aunt Betty.

Hi there Ali, thanks for your review. While Aunt Betty is part of the Flight Centre Travel Group, they are a completely separate company to Flight Centre Brand. We aren't able to access and assist with their bookings, so would recommend contacting them directly.
