The staff were welcoming & made sure they had time for my enquiry & were eager to assist.

Travel Agent unbelievably first rate. Could not have been more helpful, and pleasant to deal with.

The booking, quote and, payment processes were efficient. Jessica was patient with the questions that I had after not travelling for many years and, was speedy with responding to emails. Cannot recommend Jessica more highly for making travel arrangements.

Emily was friendly approachable professional but fun 🤩

It is not the company that is doing well, it is Amber, the red hot travel consultant. She excelled in getting me multiple co-ordinated flights in a very short space of time and at very short notice. I have just given her a very complicated assignment involving multiple flights and multiple mode of transportation with not one but three other passengers from different countries. With red hot ambers, I'm sure she'll burn her way through in a blaze of glory. Thanks Amber

Jessica Hill at the Hervey Bay store for Flight Centre is BEYOND amazing. She has helped with travel arrangements since 2019/2020 and she continues to be the best resource of information and bookings. She deserves her own Public Holiday. Everything has been seamless.

Your customer service was awesome, very professional yet personal also.
Originally I went in to organise a cruise which Luc helped with efficiently. Unfortunately circumstances changed and went weren’t able to proceed. Luc was very understanding of the situation and reassured us that things happen and if he could help at a later stage he was more than happy to do so.
We have since been able to go back to Luc and plan a family trip, which again he helped organise with efficiency and professionalism.
