Travel agent failed to inform us that…
Travel agent failed to inform us that the hotel they booked for us required a $800 bond only finding out by reading the fine print 2 days prior to departure. Second occasion the hired vehicle we booked through the travel agent failed to give us the confirmation and reference number via email having to be stranded at the airport for an hour trying to contact there travel agent to provide us the reference number as after contacting the hired vehicle provider we were informed we cannot pick up the hired vehicle without the reference number. This should of been taken care of and provided to us before our departure date which we booked almost a year in advance.
