Abysmal customer service
I gave all pertinent details up front but was asked the same question three times, had to repeatedly follow up for weeks, and was then basically ghosted. Jack Hickling at the Buderim office -- laughably, the Store Manager -- was the culprit. He also tried to upsell me to tours rather than being up front about the fact that he clearly wasn't wanting to put together a custom itinerary. His pricing was approximately $12,000 per WEEK for two adults and two kids to travel in third world countries like Vietnam and Laos. Haven't heard back in over two months now, after Jack said he would put a quote together. The guy's a joke -- incredibly poor at time management and communication.

Breath of fresh air
Jack from the Buderim Office dealt with all my requests and interests with professionalism, friendly and prompt service which was such a breath of fresh air. Whilst my travel plans are still ongoing, I am so glad putting it into his hands to deal with.

I had to contact Flight Centre Buderim to update and confirm my details for a trip to Tassie. Jack Sims is a legend by sorting everything out for me in less than an hour. He was assigned my agent after a previous agent had moved on. He made me feel comfortable and confident with a perfect outcome. Well done Flight Centre; 5 Stars every time.
