After dealing with Jacie for years (we miss you Jacie!) we were very lucky to meet Kirsty to assist us with our planning for our European river cruises. At all times she was amazing ,patient and ready to come up with all the right solutions. Changes were dealt with smoothly. seamless planning will ensure a great vacation!

Helpful staff informative and nothing is too much trouble

I walked in to get a few brochures. On the way out, a member of staff (Nikita) handed me a card. When I came back later that day to book a holiday, which that same day was the last day of the deals, and I’d waited 45 minutes to see her, she told me there were no rooms on the cruise available for the ones I wanted. She said the only reason why Flight Centre have the deal was because they are the rooms nobody wants. I said I won’t bother booking the cruise. She shrugged her shoulders and in a rude tone said ok. No trying to find me something else. I went home and checked online with the cruise company, only to find out that there were plenty of rooms available to which I requested. Needless to say, I went out the next day and booked what I wanted but with a different staff member. I missed out on the deal because of your incompetent staff member.

It was a smooth informative service, with choices offered to take, and I walked out satisfied as staff helped me achieve my desired goal.

It was a fairly bit of a wait to be attended, as there were only 3 staff members, to diligent assist walk in clients, at the same time, occasionally assisting clients over the phone + other abrupt clients, who approached the staff, interrupting ,without minding that they were already engaged to other clients processing, this leading to delays, as staff can not ignore any of the clients approaching them abruptly, over phone, direct clients in front of them etc . , with other clients, roaming around coming back every now & then to check whether if staff were free & confirming the waiting clientele queue had been attended, so they could get their on turn of service.

Staff tried to maintain first in - last in clientele service, as possible as they could.

Kirsty at Eaton Flight Centre handled all our holiday plans from the minute we walked in the door. Nothing was too much trouble, from obtaining visas to getting us the best deals on the cruise. Thankyou for taking the stress out of holiday planning.
