Booked a holiday that is advertised in paper,i was aware of fights to the deal,as i had skyscanner to see flight
prices.In my excitment in booking my 1st 5 star resort holiday,i assumed my booking agent was getting me a similar price re.return flights!so i simply let her book,and i confirmed,and payed in full,6 months in advance of departure.when i had time,i re checked prices of flights,in comparison to what i payed.why did i pay more than what the airline im flying with charge??!?okay,next day i seen my booking person,asked for a detailed receipt,upon asking why the ,percived,discrepency.she states,you booked holiday as a package!!!oh really,a package ,was not told this at time of booking.but ,alas.no.package is more $$$than booking holiday and flights seperatly.IF i was given the option,would you like me to package at this price,or seperate flights,resort.then id give 5 stars.be aware,a Package,may,or may not $$$ suit everyone.also,receipt did not specify any fees charged,it simply says total,including payment surcharge,,But i payed viaBPAY,which is fee free,but its not stating a breakdown of charges???i have to follow up.why not a detailed bill of package hotel,flights,all fees ect????be aware a package may,may Not be to your advantage.

First time going overseas since 1988. Very easy , smooth and a delight to have a person such as Kim to look after us. Amazing. She took care of everything. Went up and beyond to make our holiday a memorable one. I will be booking future holidays with Flight Center Burwood again. Thank you so much Kim. See you soon😀

We appreciate your expertise in planning the great timings of our flights, including the layovers, to and from Europe. Our cruise was excellent, enjoyable and relaxing. We followed to the letter your professional advice 21 days prior to our cruise and everything went smoothly. We are so glad we approached your office when we decide to have this holiday.

we had the best person dealing with our Europe holiday bookings she had deep knowledge of destinations and excellent organisation abilities, and a passion for travel she knew what she was talking about, I call that true customer care she had great service. Josie had qualities that included patience, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage pressure and deliver . We felt we had personalized service to create memorable travel experiences. I’m so grateful to Josie for making it so easy and and our stays were the best places . Everything went so smoothly with no issues. We had the best 6 weeks of our lives.

Malik was wonderful and did the best he could for our big family holiday and his advice was very helpful and essential to ensure a trouble free family holiday

I visited your Burwood store on 15th September at approximately 10:15 AM and was quite surprised by the level of unprofessionalism I encountered.
Upon arrival, the attending agent was eating a burger at her desk and asked us to return in ten minutes. When we came back, she was still chewing, cleaning her mouth, and drinking tea. Each time I tried to speak, she interrupted me to talk to another staff member. Her demeanor felt closed off and dismissive.
Additionally, another staff member at the back was speaking loudly to a client and appeared unkempt, not even having brushed her hair. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unprofessional.
Due to this experience, I chose to purchase my ticket online instead. I left the store feeling disrespected and disappointed.
I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for others in the future.

It was such an easy process booking with flight centre, especially friendly staff that answered all my questions and were able to book the perfect family holiday.

Malik saved my day helping change flights and accomodation even though I had initially booked online and tried making the changed myself through the help line unsucessfully. Moved our trip one week ahead due to Cyclone Alfred.
He went above and beyond to help and I cannot speak highly enough of his excellent customer service and our experience.
We now have new revised flights, accomodation and also sorting out our airport transfer and insurance.

The representative Josie at Flightcentre was amazing.
