Definitely can improve on customer service and communication. Irene from a WA Branch sent me and invoice which I paid the same day. The tour I had paid for was cancelled so I was entitled to a refund however Irene told me I owed them money. Irene failed to mention she didn’t get the same price that she quoted & invoiced me for.
I lodged a complaint and got an automatic reply with response timeframe - no response. Lodged another complaint and finally got a call.
Irene’s actions were dishonest and deceptive.
