Instructions and directives were not made clear and it was assumed I understood the urgency of clicking a link to pay for my airfare which I did at 546pm just late of the offer expiring.. the additional cost next day of 400 is somewhat of a shock and I am less than happy about this..

Our family has booked numerous flights through FC Claremont and referred several friends over the past few years.
Unfortunately, the booking of my upcoming Singapore Airlines and United Airlines trip on 7 April 2025 from Perth - Singapore - NY - Chicago - NY - Singapore - Perth has been most troublesome. The trip was ticketed in January, and by chance, I discovered on 27 February 2025 that incorrect contact details were registered on the booking, my FF number was not noted, wrong information was given to me on booking a seat on the flights to/from Chicago (no seat was booked by the agent) and most importantly, I was not assigned any seat by FC at all in January on the 18 1/2 hour flight from Singapore to NY, even though I had discussed my strong preference for a window seat for such a long flight with the agent. By the time I (not my agent) was able to book a seat, there were no window seats and very limited availability otherwise on this flight.
It was 27 February 2025 when I uncovered all of these issues. FC admitted to a "glitch" between their system and Singapore Airlines'.
It has been very disappointing that it was I, not FC who discovered these numerous errors and that it has been up to me to do a large amount of the legwork to rectify everything. This has taken an inordinate amount of my time.
The only reason I have given two stars rather than one is that the agent has been cooperative in contacting the airline when necessary to straighten everything out.
You have to question the value of engaging an agent when it is the client who discovers such significant mistakes.
This review is a follow-up to a formal complaint I recently registered with FC. To be fair, FC has offered a $400 FC voucher as compensation for the inconvenience, which I have rejected.
I believe it is more important to share this story with the travelling public so that others can avoid what I have experienced.
In response to Flight Centre's response, your claim is not entirely true - passenger contact details and seat numbers have never appeared on any Flight Centre invoices prior to payment. It was impossible to determine the contact detail errors and lack of seat allocation until I went onto the Singapore Airlines and United Airlines website myself.
