We always use Flight Centre for peace of mind when travelling our consultant is always very helpful with things we don't think of which makes our holidays that more special.

Shane was very helpful providing us with options re flights and advising us of alternative cities to fly home from. Was able to answer all our questions and was very easy to deal with.

Laura was great, she helped us with our Canada, Alaska trip 7 once again looked after us with our Mediterranean Cruise.

The travel agent was very knowledgeable and professional.

We booked a Fly, Stay, Cruise holiday with Flight Centre, except, they have to run everything through My Cruises which I've found extremely timely and frustrating. I always have to email the FC member (who has been great), who then has to email the MC member and sometimes its literally days before I get a reply. Things have been entered wrong in my booking so friends who we are going with us are up to choosing shore excursions and dining times etc and we cant even access our booking in the app. I have no complaints about FC but its just rather frustrating having to wait for everyone to get their ducks in a row. I think if you're a detail oriented person perhaps a FC/MC package isn't the way to go. We'll see how the rest of the trip planning goes.

Update** 4 months later and no improvement. I have hated dealing with FC and wont be making any further bookings with them. Terrible communication and has not made the planning of this trip any easier! I would argue its been worse.
