Thank goodness Tayla B was at work this day. A very efficient and bright young lady. She was quick and happy to help with our preposed flights . We were having trouble with navigating the airline on line. Tayla also asked if she could help with accommodation. Very quickly she gave us options and it was so easy for her. We were most impressed.

Ive been to Flight Centre a few times and have always been rushed as other clients have been waiting to be served - (even with a booking)
However i came across Yu-Wen Huang at Coomera who very patiently booked my trip - explained everything thoroughly - given other options - made an effort to show what the Cruize rooms looked like before i made up my mind on which one to book and was very hospitable which is very rare to find these days. I highly recommend if you were to book a trip - see

Sarah was patient and very helpful for my first time booking flights and accommodation… my hubby usually does it all but he left it up to me… Sarah’s knowledge and advice made all the difference… she is awesome and needs a pay rise!
