We were able to get assistance immediately without waiting, and from that point on were made to feel comfortable. We were included in all searches in the computer logging with Lindita showing us what was available and what options we had etc. No question was too stupid and nothing was an issue to Lindita to check for us with different flights/both ecomony and business class - all accommodation available at the hotel in which we had chosen etc. Lindita went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied, as well as helping other staff at the same time with their enquiries of booking other clients. We never felt neglected with her having to assist others and left very happy and felt like we had made a long term affiliation with Flight Centre. I will now book all my holiday's through the Elizabeth City office thanks to Lindita.

I went to flight centre at Elizabeth on the weekend I waited patiently to be seen as I was greeted I explained my holidays and wonder what deals flight centre had to offer the first thing the male said was to expensive and it would cost $1000. (Mind you we knew that as we did our research but just wanted professional help) I then asked more question mind you he has not asked us to take a seat and he answer my question with one answer responses and was very short. I honestly felt like me and my partner were judge and he believed we could not afford it as that why he didn’t want to give us any time of day. I was very unhappy with my experience and he made us not feel welcomed and judge us because we are a young couple.

Chris our travel consultant Fri Eliz SA branch was amazingly helpful. He has great experience in the travel industry. He made us feel very comfortable. He gave us the time we required. Answered all our questions. This is the 2nd time we have utilised his services. Very impressive.

Absolutely friendly, helpful and happy staff, always make our holiday exactly how we want it. And get good prices.
