Extremely Helpful, Friendly & Professional Agent
The Agent named Trent was fantastic. He was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We have booked twice now through Trent. He certainly knows his way around a computer to show us everything we talked about. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I just walked in and she was about to walk out for a coffee, she saw me and said for me sit at her desk and then begin to start planning a short break in Sydney…
She is truly a gem and an asset to the company.

“emergency line” = unhelpful service
Booked a flight through Flight Centre. Turned up at the airport check-in counter only to find my flight had been cancelled — and Flight Centre never ticketed me onto the replacement flight. I literally couldn’t board.
I called their “emergency line”, expecting a professional crisis response. Instead, I got a call centre in the Philippines that had no clue what was going on. I had to explain my situation multiple times to different people. Each promised help but achieved nothing.
When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they refused to transfer me. After insisting, they put me on hold for over 15 minutes — I’m convinced they just left me hanging. Tried again, same story: another agent, another 20 minutes, then back to the same unhelpful person.
Eventually, they booked me on a much worse flight — longer layovers, worse timing, and when I asked for at least an upgrade to extra legroom, I was told I’d have to pay for it myself.
Bottom line:
Flight Centre during business hours = professional, competent people.
Flight Centre “emergency line” = untrained offshore staff terrified of escalation, who block customers from getting real help (the exact opposite of what you need in an emergency).
