Booked our trip with Hannah as we booked our previous trip through her.Hannah is amazing and does such an awesome job.She takes on the excitement of a new experience with you and helps you through all the plans and booking, talking you through all the details. Couldn't recommend Flight centre ,Hannah highly enough. The time taken with all the small details and Hannah's excitement for our holiday for us makes it such an easy and perfect way to plan our holiday.

My partner and I had never planned an international trip before and figured that going to a travel agent would be a good idea to get an idea of what to do. We walked in (not realising we probably should have made an appointment) but we met Taylah B, who made planning the trip feel effortless and exciting with her insights and lived experience. We left feeling confident that we were on track to have an amazing trip with her help and glad that we walked in when we did.

We went to Hong Kong recently and lost our Disneyland entry paperwork. We emailed Hannah who put us onto Nicola. Even though it was after hours, Nicola still sent a copy of the paperwork to us. What a relief. Thanks Nicola and Hannah. You guys are legends.
