Tahlia made the booking process easy. I had some flexibility with dates going to NZ and returning.
Small things that helped was the fact that prebooking a specific seat internationally was free, whereas internal flights incurred an extra cost. This is on Air NZ. Travel Insurance was completed at the same time.
The whole experience was quick but not rushed

It was a stress free experience handing over my travel arrangements to Nish Dalal at Morley Flight Centre. Due to the ongoing issues in the Middle East, I was hesitant to arrange my own flights online. Not only was Nish professional and caring, he managed to match the cost of my flights with those that I had sourced online. I highly recommend Nish for your travel needs.

The travel consultant was very inclusive and very professional. Our itinerary with chosen airline (and insurance cover) was concluded at this meeting and everything printed and presented in a Flight Centre wallet. Subsequent emails followed as digital copies.

I had liaised with Nish Dalal at Flight Centre Galleria to book a flight. It was an unplanned flight to visit my mum in Singapore who has been hospitalised. Nish assisted to secure a flight on Jetstar but after the payment was processed somehow I lost that booking as it was the only seat available on that flight. As he was looking at other flights somehow the one he tried to book me on was confirmed miraculously which I'm truly grateful. He was very professional, patient, very knowledgeable and went of his way to ensure flights were booked including meals, seats etc. Excellent Service
