I was attended to by Billy Godfrey, your travel consultant from Flight Centre at Garden City, Mt Gravatt is truly fantastic. I felt very taken care of by Billy when I was booking my accommodation and flight. Billy listened to my needs and was very attentive during the whole process. He is professional and possess excellent customer skills. Thank you Billy.

Nam-Chi Dang was fantastic and made us feel at ease with our booking. We were a little overwhelmed due to our flight's complicated schedule with overnight stays, but Nam-Chi explained everything and provided us with options that best suited our preferences. Overall, a great service and I highly recommend booking with Nam-Chi Dang at the Westfield Upper Mt Gravatt Flight Centre.

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Denham to arrange a lovely week long trip to Cairns. After having some issues trying to decide on a trip away Denham was able to source a great deal at Crystalbrook Bailey. He also checked up with us during the trip to ensure we were having a great time. And then, he and Tiani were also extremely helpful in sorting out an airline seating issue for us which resulted in a very quickly processed and unexpected refund. We will definitely be seeking Denham’s help to arrange more trips in the future!

Hi jayme, This is Raimundo Rodrigues. unfortunately I have to tell you that you and the staff of flight centre are very irresponsible and not strong enough to be part of this industry..
You don't really care about the clients that are going to the flight centre.
This was my first and the last time that I did business with you.
Every email we send to you took days to reply back to us.
We booked our flights with you together as a couple and all the flights that you organised, you put us in different seats, we had to be much earlier at the airports to make sure that we had the seats together. No excuses for that. This place should have the power to fix all the problems, that's way clients go there to make they holiday's easy but end up in a nightmare
6 countries, we had to asking people if it was OK for us to sit togother.
Was very painful booked the flights with a very irresponsible staff from this company.
Right now, we're very struggling to book our flights home because you didn't care about it. All the flights from Jet Star are booked today. If you did your job well, we could be home right now.
Definitely I'll give the review to the flight centre and your name will be there.
This new young generation are given too much trouble to the world, no brain,
no love, care, kindness, and much more.
