Don't trust Flight Centre
Was not listened to. Requests ignored.
Rushed into paying for flights.
Complaint put in and only being told it is being looked into and having no one get back to us.
After receiving feedback, Flight Centre still is not paying attention. To say that team will look through suitable options based on customer feedback, our feedback was not listened to.
