Firstly I tried to go into the glenorchy Tasmania store was told they were to busy to see me and because I didn't have an appointment to basically go away. I then went on line to book a package deal to bali and it kept saying my credit card wouldn't work and to try again later so I did and this kept happening, I then checked my bank details and card to find out that on my end everything was in working order, so then I rang the call centre only to be told to reset and try again in an hour, they were absolutely no help at all, I then tried the next night and the same kept happening and of course the price of the package had gone up and I again rang the call centre only to be told to reset and try again later, still absolutely no help, the next night the same kept happening and of course the package price again went up, I then rang the call centre again and I said I'm not getting off the phone until the payment goes through so she finally put me on hold and came back and said sorry, it was in issue on their end and that it should be fixed so again I had to wait an hour and try again, finally the payment went through and the package was booked, I then looked at the email with the itinerary and realised the room was booked wrong, I booked and payed for a lagoon access room bit somehow they booked me a balcony pool view room, so I rang the call centre again only to be told they couldn't help me and the only option I had was to manage booking and cancel the accommodation and book something else, I'm so angry with the person I was talking to because she gave me no other options and said she couldn't help me and that I had to do it myself, this is absolutely appalling customer service, I booked a package through your business and you got it wrong and now I'm absolutely shattered that my accommodation is nit what we booked or wanted, this is meant to be an exciting time and I've had nothing but issues, I wish I had never booked it at all and now I'm waiting for a call back from your call centre after a 22 minute phone call regarding changing the accommodation back to what I want and I'm really upset and angry with the whole experience, you have non-existent customer service and instore is the same, how is it possible that you've store cannot help me with anything online even though you are one company? In-store they couldn't even give me the right number to ring, gave me a complete wrong number and told me to go ring that, I went back in to the store to be told oh sorry we gave you the wrong number? Such terrible customer service from both the consultants at the glenorchy Tasmania store. I'm feeling very let down and I really don't know what to do, I need this sorted asap.. I'm needing this sorted today. I'm absolutely upset and can't believe this has happened. Something needs to be done about how you run your business and the lack of customer service. Absolutely appalling.

Luke was fantastic . We went in store and spoke to him about a cruise we would like to do. He gave us a quote and we said we would get back to him. Multiple emails later and other dates thrown at him he came back with the perfect trip. Nothing was a hassle for him. We both got confirmation we could have the time off and booked and paid in full the next day. Looking forward to him helping us with flights and accommodation when it’s released.

While I initially check flight details online, I will then attend over the counter at the Glenorchy (Tasmania) office of Flight Centre where I can be guaranteed excellent service every time. I am treated appropriately as a customer and provided with answers to questions.
