Outstanding travel agent we found - Kim, who organised our overseas traveling.
She made the entire process of booking unbelievable smooth, precise and very pleasant .
It is rare to meet someone with such a high level of knowledge, helpful and committed to customer satisfaction.
In 2 days we had all organised, all questions answered, all advised given and all travel documents in our hands.
And this all with extremely polite manners in pleasant atmosphere and endless patience with the seniors.
Highly recommend, it was the pleasure to deal with Kim, many thanks.

Excellent, friendly, constructive and helpful experience.
