Blanca at our local Hallett Cove store…
Blanca at our local Hallett Cove store booked our first trip to Europe & everything was planned to perfection. Blanca took the time to run through our entire itinerary in great detail and threw in some very useful tips too. Nothing was a bother for Blanca when organising our trip even the fact we couldn’t answer phone calls during work hours, so she ensured that she emailed us every detail required making our life easier. We couldn’t have asked for a more friendly & efficient travel agent. We have already booked another trip with her next year & have highly recommended her to friends and family and they are now booking with Blanca too. Fantastic customer experience with Blanca couldn’t recommend her highly enough!!!
