The room my shower flood whole bathroom. The breakfast lukewarm. I ordered room service for dinner and it also lukewarm. Mgr not interested in speaking with me. I booked from 2.10 to 25.10 I wish I had Not. The oriental restaurant food not that great very oily. The only good thing about the place is the staff they are nice, in particular at pool and in Shooters lounge. A special mention to Anthony if it wasn't for his hospitality I would be giving hotel one star. Room cleaning slow, rooms old bedside lamps hanging off wall. I have asked to speak with General manager 4 times Now but nothing. Hotel has WiFi but it is Not connected to tv. You have to use your own phone to stream anything. This is my 2nd trip to Juhu from Australia and this Hotel is 3 star at best. You are not allowed to bring in outside food so you are stuck eating poor quality lukewarm greasy dishes and food expensive compared to 5 star restaurants down the road.
I hqve Now had surgery and gave been told I cannot bring the breakfast to My room. Western woman on my own I Do not wish to be stared at by all the Men that seem to stay here looking at me like I am a Freak. The mgr wont soeak with me! The room is damp and so are my clothes after hanging in the closet. I wouldn't give this place One star! You cannot comment on their fb page Not surprising as there would be more bad comments! I cannot believe they are 5star
I will be complaining directly to Alex at flight centre who booked my room also!!!!

I was having trouble when using my usual airline website to organise a trip to Queensland. After trying a number of times over a couple of days with no success l called into a Flight Centre store when in the cbd for other business. The lady who looked after me was excellent and my whole trip, including travel insurance, was sorted in about 15 minutes, saving me a lot of anxiety, and also at a better price than l think l would have been able to secure by doing this on my own. I have used Flight Centre previously and l’ve always found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
