Flight Centre Australia - Flight Centre Indooroopilly Reviews 

Started off great then went poorly. How their system doesn't show everything you as a customer need to know and how they want you to pay for it.

We had a complicated fare to address with multiple flights and people flying from multiple locations and times. One thing which we try and avoid is anything relating to the dreaded Co-share in Latin America. So its good to know when there are Co-share flights so we can pay whatever is better to avoid them.
Their system apparently doesn't have any visibility on Co-share supposedly.

After paying an exorbitant amount for our Christmas flights, we were disappointed to discover, only when checking our printed tickets, that we would be travelling on a co-share flight operated by a less than impressive airline. The carrier’s reviews raise serious concerns about the standard of service we can expect.

After speaking to the travel agent, about how we were sold on flying with one carrier and getting then fobbed off to another with the amount of money we paid, we were told to simply cough up more money to change the ticket. No middle ground nor any escalation after requesting. could be found hence the review here.
Hoping for the best for Flight Centre, but don't see it coming.

James was great very responsive and helpful with booking our flights and suggestions for a stopover.

Was an easy and seamless way to plan a holiday. Madie the Travel Consultant instilled confidence and worked hard to meet all of my requests, ensuring that I was kept up to date and informed along the way. Great knowledge base and eager to make it a good trip! Nothing was too much from beginning ideas right through to checking in after the trip.

Harley from the Indooroopilly Flight Centre was incredibly helpful & went above & beyond to help me navigate unexpected changes & difficulties with my recent trip to remote areas of PNG. He is warm, engaging & enthusiastic & has made sure I can get home safely! Thanks Harley!!! I’ll definitely see you next time.

Huge thanks and praise to Luke Candy at the Indooroopilly branch. It's the second holiday Luke has organised for me and he booked and coordinated everything perfectly as he did for my previous holiday.
I had an amazing holiday in Vietnam with my family and Luke's quick action and knowledge ensured a great trip was even better than expected due to the fact that we decided to travel at the last minute and Luke had to work quickly.

Attentive, professional yet personable service. Our casual enquiry was met with an excellent package that met our needs and we signed up immediately. Follow up on quotes, documentation, etc. was prompt and efficient. Alicia was very professional but also very engaging.
